QUICK TIP:Our philosophy on nutrition is really quite simple. Whatever your training goals are, the framework of your nutrition plan should be nutrient-dense, whole foods.
Don't avoid fats . . . You need them. Get plenty of protein. Get enough carbohydrates for energy, but not too much for your individual needs (they can cause some problems for you). Use a multivitamin / mineral supplement every day and only consider other supplements when you've got your diet licked.
This, of course, is just the basic framework. From here on it gets very individualized. Your nutrition plan will depend on your goals, your schedule, your taste for foods, etc.
Always important, drink lots of water everyday!
